I'm off to zones!

WALT Complete different athletics activities

I am very happy and excited to be going to zones for athletics this year! I am in the 50m Sprints race and Long Jump and Relay! This year my goal is to come first in 50m and come first in Long Jump. To achieve this I will go to my Athletics club every Monday Wednesday and Saturday and try my best. I will have help from Marilyn my Athletics coach my Mum and Dad who take me to training. Some of the skills I have learnt already I long jump is to swing my arms to help jump further. A special skill we need in relay is to make the batten changes perfect and practice passing the batten. And last of all, in sprints I need to remember to move my arms as fast as I can and push myself over the limits.

Procedure for a sandwich

1. Wash your hands.
2. Get a plate, get a chopping board, get a knife, get butter, get two slices of bread.
3. Put the two slices of bread on a plate.
4. Butter the two slices of bread.
5. Put your veggies or whatever you want to put in your sandwich.
6. Put the two slices of bread together.
7. Enjoy!
