Possum work

                                    W.A.L.T.  learn about possums and why they are a problem.
This week we have been working on why possums are a problem I think possums are bad because they destroy leaves, flowers that make more trees. The story what we are reading is called Possum problem, By Johanna Knox.

Partly Cloudy story

W.A.L.T:

• Create a description of the scene using similes and metaphors.

I'm a storyteller.  It was one sweaty hot summer afternoon and it was about 4 or 5 pm, the sun started to go down in New Zealand. There were storks that looked happy in peace but the clouds ,oooooh, very cool, they were full of colors.  The clouds were making cats and dogs were getting made babies were getting made. But there was one cloud that caught my eye the cloud was like a storm but the cloud seemed happy he made an alligator the alligator opened its mouth and closed its mouth on the stork the stork was scared but still took the gator there were other animals to but they were happy but they didn’t be nice to the storks but there was one animal what the stork didn't take the animal then the dark cloud got angry but one of the storks put a NFL costume on and picked up another animal and were happy.

The ball pit

                                                                                                                                         I was at the place where you get the best Chicken Nuggets yep that’s the  one…... Mcdonald’s! there was a  playground but it wasn't just a general play ground that you would normally play on it was a mega playground! It had monkey bars a slide a maze by the way I got lost.

I was terrified I was anxious I had Goosebumps, big ones on my hands I was thinking what's in the ball pit will I die? I thought to myself i'm not scared. Without even thinking I went down the slide one blink and I was gone. I reached the ball pit but I spun out and went underground. It was as deep as the atlantic ocean my heart was beating not like a general heartbeat but like a ferrari going top speed.

I got up off the ground with a lollipop stuck on my face, I pulled it off and saw a skeleton and nearly fall off the platform! Ahhhhhhh I was standing so close to the top. I started climbing I got close to the to the top and slipped I managed to save myself once again. Eventually I got to the top and put a lollipop in my mouth.  It was delicious!
